1. Contest organiser
The organisation of this contest is carried out solely and exclusively by “JP SLOT”, with registered address in calle Mallorca nº 561, Barcelona, Spain and tax number (NIF) 46240742-R.
Any participant can contact the organisation via the web site www.jpslot.net to obtain further information or clarification on the bases, terms, conditions, etc. of this contest.

2. Object of the contest
The object of this contest consists in a vote on the different videos submitted by participants to the web site www.jpslot.net and the e-mail addresses barcelona@jpslot.net or Madrid@jpslot.net The contestants whose videos receive the greatest number of votes shall receive as a prize one (1) diorama manufactured by RAE SLOT; one (1) Audi TDI slot vehicle, manufactured by AVANT SLOT, together with one item of all the products manufactured by J.P. SLOT
To vote in the contest, you may do so on the slotevolution web site in the place allocated for the purpose by the Organisation. Anybody of full legal age may vote in this contest.
In all cases, information shall be included on the duration thereof, the total number of messages required, the cost thereof and where to find the general terms of participation.

3. Acceptation of the terms of the promotion
Participation in this promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of all its terms and conditions. Acknowledgement as a valid participant shall be subject to compliance with all the conditions established herein.

4. Conditions for being participant
Any person of full legal age may participate in the contest, excluding the employees of the organising company, JP SLOT. Only those users submitting their videos to the aforementioned address between the dates of 1 April 2008 and 30 June 2008 shall be considered valid participants.

5. Contest start and end dates
The start date of the contest shall be 1 April 2008 and it is planned to end on 30 June 2008. Without prejudice to the above, the organisation reserves the right to extend the end date beyond that initially contemplated.

6. Workings of the contest
The contest or promotion shall be carried out in accordance with the following rules:

- Each participant must submit one or more videos to the www.jpslot.net address indicated in the first point, giving their personal and contact details. Participants assume responsibility for the authorship of the material submitted to the organisation and for the content thereof, releasing the organisation from any liability associated therewith.

- If the e-mail sent with the film is incorrect, the user shall not be acknowledged as a participant.

- After participants have submitted their film, together with the personal details, the organisation shall send them a confirmation e-mail. Additionally, they shall be informed of the conclusion of the process and of the web site where they can view a list of winners on the date established for this purpose.

- Once this operation has been completed, their participation in the contest shall be deemed valid.

7. Contest prizes
The prizes for this contest consists of a RAE SLOT diorama; one (1) Le mans 2006 –slot vehicles winner car, an Audi TDI manufactured by AVANT SLOT and one (1) of every item sold by JPSLOT until the end of the contest.
The manufacturer and distributor of the vehicles offered as prizes are totally unconnected with this promotion.

8. Prize adjudication
Once the deadline for the submission of videos had passed, a voting period shall be opened between 1 and 31 July 2008, to choose the prize-winning film.
The organisation undertakes to place on its web page the results of the voting and contact the prize-winners within seventy-two (72) hours of the results becoming known.
Should it prove impossible to contact the winner within seventy-two (72) hours the prize shall be declared void.
By providing their personal details, users expressly accept the conditions of the promotions described in these participation regulations.

9. Distribution of the prizes
The participants and, particularly, the winners accept that their personal data shall appear on the organising company’s web site.
Prizes shall be sent to the participants within 30 days of the adjudication. The shipping costs thereof shall be borne by the organisers.

10. Publication of winners
Winning users accept that their name be published in the media that JP SLOT deem fit. The deadline for publication of the winners shall be 15 days after the conclusion of each contest.
Contestants also expressly accept that the videos submitted for the contest be viewed on the organisation web site and used, in different media, to promote JP SLOT.

11. Treatment of personal data
The personal data received by JP SLOT from participants shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation. Participants’ data shall be used by the organisation to carry out the present promotion (to contact the winning participants and to forward said data to partner companies and also to deliver the prizes).
The organisation reserves the right to inform participants of new services, promotions and commercial actions subsequently organised by the company, by e-mail or any other means. Nevertheless, the organisation guarantees that such communications shall not be sent more than once a month.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These promotion regulations are governed buy Spanish law. Participants in the promotion, who expressly renounce any other jurisdiction, submit themselves to that of the courts and tribunals of JP SLOT’s business address in the case of any disagreement that may arise from the contest.
